We believe that mediation should be accessible to all.

Consequently our fees vary depending on the length of time we need to be involved and the amount in dispute.

Please note the above fees are exclusive of VAT which is added to the overall charge.

Disputes without an obvious monetary element (i.e. neighbour disputes) will need to be discussed before we can provide a fee quote.

Mediations can either take place at our offices or at a venue of your choice.

Please note that the fees (except for additional hours) must be paid in full before the mediation takes place. This includes the cost of travel to and from the mediation venue, plus VAT.
