Everyone is different; and everyone has different concerns. We aim to help you by tailoring our service to fit you. To do so we need to hear from you: just pick up the telephone, send an email, or pop into the office to arrange an informal chat with one of us. If we can help (and we usually can) we will tell you straight away, and let you know our terms; if we cannot help you (which is rare), we will let you know immediately. Either way, it will not cost you a penny to find out. Furthermore it gives you an opportunity to see whether we are the ones for you. We believe we are; but only you will know.

Ours is a personal touch, and we like to meet our clients whenever possible. However, for some clients this is not possible, or merely inconvenient. If this is the case we are also happy to communicate by post, telephone, in person and by email; whichever is the most convenient for you. It is not a problem: we have international clients too, some of whom would find it most difficult to come to the office in person.
