Richard Wyn Davies is the firm’s founding director and Solicitor-Advocate.

Richard graduated from the College of Law, London in 1996, whereafter
he was head hunted to work in the Middle East and subsequently
Germany. Having returned to practise law in Cambridge in 2000, Richard
established Davies Solicitors in 2004.

As a qualified mediator and Solicitor-Advocate (i.e the same right to
conduct advocacy in all courts as a barrister), Richard is an expert in
resolving disputes of all kinds either with or without the need for the
Court’s assistance. Richard is one of only a handful of solicitors in and
around Cambridge with both these qualifications.

Richard is assisted by Nina Clarke, his Personal Assistant.

Lawyers and support staff
Richard Wyn Davies is assisted by a very competent team of lawyers and
support staff, covering a wide range of law; and all of whom are dedicated
to providing excellent quality service to our clients.

Every year we send out several hundred client surveys. Clients have the option to
rate areas of service as "poor", "fair", "good" or "excellent". To date, not one survey
returned has had a response in any category of less than good. In fact over 75%
